Job title: Lead- Print Management
Candidate Specification: Minimum 4+ years of experience in Endpoint Management 
 
Job Description:
      • 3–6 years of experience in enterprise printing, EUC, or infrastructure operations.
      • Strong knowledge of printing fundamentals: print spooler, print services,queues, ports, drivers, driver preferences
      • Basic knowledge of server components, including managing Windows features, event logs, IIS, and device settings.
      • Hands-on exposure to ITSM tools like ServiceNow (Incidents/Changes/Requests).
      • Scripting/automation exposure using PowerShell (basic to intermediate).
