The Head of Data & Analytics as a Service will lead the strategy, development and scaling of analytics capabilities, AI-driven solutions and data products. The role involves defining the analytics roadmap, driving data-led business transformation, developing client relationships, supporting business growth and managing high-performing analytics teams.

Lead the Data & Analytics as a Service practice, with end-to-end ownership of analytics capabilities and delivery.

Define and execute a strategic roadmap integrating advanced analytics, AI/ML and modern data technologies.

Align analytics initiatives with business objectives, growth strategies and market requirements.

Drive an AI-first approach to reporting, analytics and digital transformation.

Partner with clients to develop tailored data solutions that improve business growth, operational efficiency and customer experience.

Leverage AI-first and cloud-native platforms to develop scalable data products and intelligent analytics solutions.

Build strategic client relationships and act as a trusted advisor for analytics transformation initiatives.

Lead advanced analytics initiatives involving statistical modelling, predictive analytics and machine learning.

Oversee the development of interactive dashboards, reporting solutions and data visualisation tools.

Use data insights to identify trends, operational inefficiencies and business improvement opportunities.
