Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.

SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer.

SailPoint Identity Security Cloud Certification.

SailPoint Identity Security Cloud Professional Certification.

SailPoint Identity Security Cloud Engineer Certification.

Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions.

Develop and maintain IIQ workflows, lifecycle events, provisioning policies, business processes, rules, forms, reports, customizations, plugins, and application integrations.

Configure and support ISC sources, access profiles, roles, lifecycle states, identity processing, certifications, provisioning policies, workflows, and event triggers.

Design, configure, and support Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle management processes across IIQ and ISC environments.

Implement and support onboarding of enterprise applications, authoritative sources, directories, databases, SaaS platforms, cloud services, and enterprise systems.

Develop integrations using REST APIs, Web Services, SCIM, JDBC, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, XML, JSON, Java, and BeanShell technologies.

Configure and support identity aggregation, correlation, reconciliation, and identity data quality processes.

Design and support automated provisioning and de-provisioning capabilities across enterprise, SaaS, and cloud environments.

Support access request, approval, provisioning, certification, role management, entitlement governance, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and access review processes.

Participate in Identity IQ-to-ISC migration initiatives, platform upgrades, modernization programs, testing, release management, and implementation activities.

Develop automation solutions using Java, Bean Shell, PowerShell, Python, APIs, and orchestration capabilities to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Troubleshoot and resolve provisioning, workflow, connector, integration, certification, and performance issues while supporting production environments.

Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, runbooks, implementation procedures, and knowledge articles.

Collaborate with IAM teams, cloud teams, infrastructure teams, security teams, compliance teams, and business stakeholders to deliver identity governance solutions.

Design and implement enterprise identity governance, provisioning, lifecycle management, access request, certification, and compliance capabilities.

Drive cloud identity governance initiatives across Azure, AWS, GCP, SaaS, hybrid, and on-premises environments.

Lead SailPoint ISC onboarding, integrations, workflows, automation, governance controls, and platform transformation programs.

Mentor SailPoint engineers while providing hands-on leadership in solution design, troubleshooting, automation, cloud access governance, and security architecture.

Mandatory Key Skills:

SailPoint architecture and engineering experience.

Expert-level hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).

Deep expertise implementing and supporting SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ) and SailPoint ISC.

Experience leading SailPoint cloud transformation, IIQ-to-ISC migration, and modernization initiatives.

Strong expertise in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), access certifications, role engineering, entitlement governance, and Joiner-Mover-Leaver lifecycle management.

Experience implementing cloud identity governance across Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform environments.

Strong experience integrating SailPoint with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, ServiceNow, HR systems, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.

Expertise with SCIM, REST APIs, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, JDBC, LDAP, Java, and Bean Shell.

Experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments with 50,000+ identities and thousands of integrated applications.

Strong leadership, communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.

A strong sense of ownership, desire to create meaningful outcomes, and passion for delivering secure and scalable identity solutions.

Knowledge of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) / Identity Now.

Java and Bean Shell development experience.

Experience with IIQ workflows, rules, forms, tasks, certifications, provisioning, and lifecycle management.

Experience with ISC identity profiles, transforms, lifecycle states, access profiles, and workflows.

Knowledge of REST APIs, SCIM, Web Services, JDBC, LDAP, SQL, and database concepts.

Experience integrating with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, ServiceNow, Azure, and SaaS platforms.

Understanding of SAML, OAuth, and OIDC protocols.

Knowledge of Access Governance, RBAC, Entitlement Management, Certification Campaigns, and Cloud Identity Governance
