Job Description:
The Zonal Manager – Core Sales is responsible for driving
revenue growth, expanding market share, and achieving sales targets within the
assigned zone. This role includes developing regional strategies, managing the
performance of the sales team, ensuring effective channel management, and
maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement zonal sales plans aligned
with organizational goals.
Set sales targets and ensure achievement through
monitoring KPIs and metrics.
Identify
growth opportunities within the zone and develop action plans.
Lead, train, and motivate Area
Sales Managers (ASMs), Territory Sales Managers (TSMs), and field sales staff.
Build and manage distribution
networks and channel partners.
Optimize dealer/distributor
performance through engagement and incentive programs.
Provide insights to marketing and
product teams to align offerings with market needs
Maintain accurate sales reports,
forecasts, and market data.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 6–10
years in revenue-driven enterprise sales, B2B Sales & Direct Sales
roles.
- Proven
track record in launching new product with robust GTM
Education:
MBA in sales & Marketing
