Job description
Job Title: Associate – Performance Testing - Gating
Location: Pan
India
Candidate Expectation :
Candidate should have 4+ years of experience in performance
testing with at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience using Gatling.
Candidate must
have strong programming/scripting skills in Scala, Java, or similar languages.
Candidate must
have Familiarity with HTTP, RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and microservices
architecture.
Job Description:

Design and implement performance, load, stress, and scalability tests
using Gatling
(Scala-based DSL).
|
|
Develop performance test frameworks and reusable test
scripts.
|
|
Work closely with developers, DevOps, and product teams to
define performance KPIs, SLAs, and capacity goals.
|
|
Integrate Gatling tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools
such as Jenkins,
GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
Analyze performance test
results, identify bottlenecks, and provide recommendations for performance
improvements.
Monitor system metrics
during tests using APM tools like Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic, or Datadog.
Maintain and update test
suites based on evolving application features and requirements.
Participate in performance
tuning, code profiling, and infrastructure optimization.
