Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality
metrics, and performance targets for the team.
Handle escalated calls and resolve
complex customer issues with empathy and efficiency.
Monitor and analyse team performance,
provide regular feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
Conduct regular coaching, training,
and performance reviews to build capability within the team.
