Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:
Expertise in monitoring and responding to Access Control & CCTV system failure alarms in real-time.
Track failures and collaborate across with Physical Security and tech teams across multiple regions to ensure timely resolution.
Continuously monitor ACS and CCTV system applications for device failures across regions.
Experienced in overseeing access badge requests in ServiceNow for enabling or disabling physical access.
Generate reports from Access Control System on distributing daily weekly and monthly basis and update to the same to the relevant stakeholders.
Experienced designing dashboards that present key insights and metrics.

Key skillsets:
Must have experience in Access control and CCTV monitoring.
Must have experience in providing resolutions for Access system failures.
