Job description
Lead FP&A COE operations, driving standardization,
automation, and best practices across business units.
Oversee financial planning cycles – annual budgeting,
quarterly forecasting, and long-range plans.
Consolidate and analyze global financial results, ensuring
accuracy and alignment with corporate strategy.
Provide decision support through variance analysis, trend
insights, and performance dashboards.
Partner with Business Finance, Controllership, and Corporate
FP&A teams to ensure consistent reporting frameworks.
Establish CoE governance and process frameworks to support
scalability and efficiency.
Drive transformation initiatives – including automation
(Power BI, Anaplan, Hyperion, etc.) and predictive analytics for improved
planning accuracy.
Support leadership reviews and board presentations through
high-quality reporting and commentary.
Mentor and develop a high-performing FP&A team,
fostering analytical and business partnering capabilities.
Must
have skill set
Strong expertise in FP&A, financial modelling, and
scenario planning.
Hands-on experience in COE setup, transitions, or shared
services model for FP&A.
