Configure and maintain the Workday Compensation module to support
business needs.
Implement compensation plans, including salary structures, bonuses, and
incentives in the system
Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Workday system.
Collaborate with various teams within HR to align compliance on
compensation processes
Provide training and support to HR and management teams on Workday
Compensation functionalities.
Monitor and analyze compensation data to identify trends and make
recommendations for improvements.
Stay updated with Workday releases and enhancements to leverage new
features and functionalities.
