Sr Executive/Lead Analyst - Procurement

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and improve supplier relationships.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Oversee the supplier onboarding process, ensuring timely and efficient onboarding of new suppliers.
• Analyze market trends, identify opportunities for cost reduction, and make recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, providing insights and analysis to support business decisions.

Requirements

• 3-8 years of experience in procurement, global procurement, vendor management, and supplier onboarding process.
• Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make recommendations.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and procurement software.
