QA - International Voice

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough call audits to ensure quality and compliance with international voice process standards.
• Perform quality checks on calls to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor calls to ensure adherence to international voice process guidelines and standards.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve quality-related issues and improve overall call quality.
• Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in a QA - International Voice role or similar position.
• Strong knowledge of international voice process and quality check procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
