Job description
?Job Title: Manager - Accounts Payable
Location: Pune
Job Description:
12 years
(Minimum 8 years of experience in Accounts payable(Procurement to pay) for
various countries including India and a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a
manager.
Any
candidate whose has completed his/her Graduation/post-Graduation or MBA/PGDM in
the commerce/Finance stream
Managed
minimum span of control 60 FETs
An
experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead end to end Accounts Payable
operations
Oversee
global Vendor payments, employee payments, etc
Ensuring
compliance with the accounting standards
Minimum 8
experience in AP (P2P) function (non trade) for various countries
including India (both PO and Non-PO)
Experience
in a large organization or shared services environment is preferred
Should have
experience:
International
Vendor maintenance, processing Vendor invoices (Three-way matching and two-way
matching), handling exceptions, etc
Employee
Claims/reimbursements in Concur, etc
Disbursements
to suppliers via various payment method - ACH, Wires, Checks, International
transfers, etc
Hands on
experience in ERP systems, Kyriba, Concur application knowledge is must
Roles
and Responsibilities:
Processing
Invoices accurately, verification of GL accounts, Cost Centre, approvals, etc
Verification
of Employee claims
Preparing
and publishing reports
Ensure
AM/DM/ Lead Specialist conduct regular calibration and refresher sessions
Performing
month end close tasks
Having experience into Process Compliance and
Controls, Reporting, Process Improvements and
Automation, and Collaboration and
Stakeholder Management.
