Own end to end deal support-from proactive structuring and RFP/bid review through negotiation approvals signature and post signature governance-helping teams balance speed risk and commercial outcomes

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders.

Foster a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous improvement

Collaborate with cross-functional experts in privacy M&A compliance and employment law to deliver holistic solutions.

Mentor and develop other team members.

Specialized expertise in regulated industries such as insurance or financial services is welcomed

Languages: Fluency in English. German or French fluency is highly valued for client-facing work in the region

8+ years of post-qualification experience?in an international law firm or in-house role within a multinational corporation supporting European clients.
