Candidate Specification – 7+ years , PG Diploma / Masters in HR / IR.

7-9 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.

Should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in Real Estate Background

Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors will be an added advantage.

Lead the Hire to Retire processes and HR Compliance.

Experience in Talent  Acquisition, Talent Management, Manpower Planning.
