Candidate Expectations:
Minimum 3 years of recruiting
experience, with a strong focus on hiring for creative design, content, and
digital marketing roles.
Proven ability to manage a
diverse sourcing mix, including:
LinkedIn
Recruiter and a large network of relevant industry connections
Headhunting
for niche and senior-level creative/digital roles
Social
media hiring via platforms like Instagram, Twitter/X, and portfolio sites
Market
mapping and talent intelligence for proactive pipeline building and competitor
benchmarking
Experience evaluating
creative portfolios and identifying talent beyond traditional resumes.
Comfortable handling multiple
open roles simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong interpersonal and
communication skills to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and engage
passive candidates.
Proficient in using Applicant
Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools.
Passionate about delivering a
strong candidate experience and building a talent pipeline aligned with company
culture and goals.
