Senior Analyst/Team Lead - Sourcing and Contract Services

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to meet business objectives

Requirements

• 5-15 years of experience in sourcing, source-to-contract, and contract finalization
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, supplier engagement, and negotiations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and supplier performance
• Leadership skills to manage a team of sourcing analysts
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
