Job description
Engineer - Manufacturing Engineering
We are seeking an experienced Engineer - Manufacturing Engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Utilities, ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant), STP (Sewage Treatment Plant), cooling tower, and generator operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement efficient manufacturing processes and systems
- Ensure the safe and reliable operation of Utilities, ETP, STP, cooling tower, and generator systems
- Conduct regular maintenance and repairs of equipment to minimize downtime and optimize performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including manuals, procedures, and reports
- Provide technical support and training to production staff on equipment operation and maintenance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Utilities, ETP, STP, cooling tower, and generator operations
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
