Job description
Job Title: Senior HR Executive - Chennai
Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Senior HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong
background in recruitment and HR operations, preferably within the heat
exchanger or related manufacturing industries. This role demands a proactive
individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a strategic mindset to
support our growing workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
·
Lead
end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing,
and onboarding
·
Collaborate
with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
·
Develop
and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles
·
Manage
HR operations including employee engagement, performance management, and
compliance
·
Maintain
HR records and ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies
·
Support
training and development initiatives
·
Contribute
to HR strategy and process improvements
Skills & Attributes:
·
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources,
Business Administration, or related field
·
3 to 6 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on
recruitment
·
Prior experience in manufacturing or engineering
industries, preferably heat exchanger domain
·
Excellent communication and organizational skills
·
Proficient in HRMS and recruitment tools
·
Experience in high-volume hiring and technical
recruitment
·
Familiarity with industry-specific roles and talent
pools
·
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
·
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
