Roles &
Responsibilities
Lead end to
end real estate planning and execution For Global Capability Centre (GCC)
set-ups ensuring on-time cost effective quality delivery of office aligned with
organizational goals.
Leads the
Project management and governance of GCC projects for co-ordination delivery.
Define
project timelines scope budget timelines resources plans for GCC real-estate.
Ensures
project portfolios and programs align with the organizations overall
strategic objectives.
Compliance
Audit and Quality adherence checks and conformation.
Analyses
project data generates reports and identifies trends to improve PMO
performance.
Monitors
project performance identifies risks and tracks corrective actions.
Must have
skill set
Should have
End-to-end Real Estate Project Execution.
Project
Planning & Scheduling (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent tools).
Knowledge of
construction contracts, tendering, and statutory approvals.
Proven
ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
