Job description
Roles and responsibilities:
Managing sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for our US-based clients.
Expertise in understanding of the US job market and US work authorizations.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Knowledge of US employment types (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorizations.
Experience working with US-based direct clients and understanding of current IT trends and emerging technologies in the US market.
Must have skills
Should have experience in tax and visa handling
