Job Title: TL/AM/Manager - International Voice Operations - Hyderabad
Job Overview: We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic professionals for our International Voice Customer Support team. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service over voice calls.
Key Responsibilities:
·         Handle inbound customer queries via voice calls for international clients.
·         Provide timely and accurate information to resolve customer issues.
·         Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
·         Adhere to quality standards and process guidelines.
Skills & Attributes
·         Prior experience in International Voice Process for Customer Support is mandatory.
·         Must be comfortable with complete voice-based communication (no chat/email support).
·         Willingness to work UK shifts.
·         Strong verbal communication skills in English.
·         Ability to work from office with two-way cab facility.
·         Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
·         Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
