Job description

Lead and manage day-to-day operations of US Retirement & Benefits processes (401(k), pension, IRA, annuities, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations for US benefits administration.
  • Handle escalations, complex cases and communication on retirement and benefits issues.
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and quality initiatives.
  • 8–12 years of total experience with at least 3–5 years in managing US retirement or benefits operations.
  • Strong understanding of 401(k), defined benefit (DB), and defined contribution (DC) plans.
  • Exposure to wealth management processes, financial planning, and investment products.
