Job description
Lead and manage day-to-day operations of US Retirement & Benefits processes (401(k), pension, IRA, annuities, etc.)
Ensure compliance with ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations for US benefits administration.
Handle escalations, complex cases and communication on retirement and benefits issues.
Drive process improvements, automation, and quality initiatives.
8–12 years of total experience with at least 3–5 years in managing US retirement or benefits operations.
Strong understanding of 401(k), defined benefit (DB), and defined contribution (DC) plans.
Exposure to wealth management processes, financial planning, and investment products.
