Job description
Roles &
Responsibilities
Responsible
for labor law governance including apprenticeship program under apprenticeship
act & other related Government skill / Internship program.
Responsible
for liaison with Employees Provident Fund Authorities, Board of apprenticeship
( all regions) and other Government bodies like MCA for implementation and
fulfilment of Statutory requirements.
Co-ordination
with internal stakeholders like Talent acquisition / Finance / Business
regarding implementation of the process.
Be
responsible for developing ,maintaining ,reporting & governing process.
Well versed
in labour laws including new labour codes and respective State Shops &
Establishments act
To identify and mitigate risks to the organization, ensuring
compliance with regulatory requirements.
Ensure to manage the day-to-day operations without any
escalations.
Must have skill set
Should have experience in Employee Relations
In-depth knowledge of Labor Laws - Apprenticeship Act, Shops
& Establishments Act, Statutory Compliance Management: documentation,
inspections, audits, returns filing.
Knowledge of various labor laws including, PF, ESI, ID,
S&E, Apprenticeship and other related acts
Drafting legal letters / communications
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
