Job Responsibilities
7 years of experience in Shipping Delivery
Manager preferred
Knowledge of Shipping / Logistics is a
must good knowledge of MS – Office
Ensure that team delivers the SMART
objectives & KPIs (Productivity, Timeliness, Data Quality) set up for their
team and individual members.
Ensure that the team understands
KPI(s) and expectations of their roles.
Team handling of minimum 30 to 40 team
member and should be from shipping or freight forwarding domain
Customer Service orientation and
empathic listening.
Good analytical & problem-solving

Self-Starter and can work

Effective communication (verbal &
written)
Strong Interpersonal skills
Ability to work diligently under
