Job description
Configure and customize Guidewire BillingCenter modules including
billing accounts, invoices, payments, collections, and disbursements.
Develop and maintain BillingCenter workflows, business rules, and
batch processes.
Implement payment processing solutions including automated payment
plans, ACH, credit card processing, and reconciliation.
Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather
requirements and translate them into technical configurations.
Integrate BillingCenter with PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and
third-party payment gateways via web services and messaging.
Develop and customize PCF pages and Gosu scripts to enhance
BillingCenter functionality.
Perform unit testing, participate in system integration testing
(SIT), and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
Assist in troubleshooting production issues related to billing
processes and payment workflows.
Document configuration changes, develop technical specifications,
and maintain user guides.
Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint
planning and retrospectives
