Job description

• Deploy, configure and manage Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (formerly XenApp/XenDesktop) environments including delivery controllers, store front, NetScaler / ADC, profile management, and provisioned VMs.
• Administer and support Citrix ADC (NetScaler) or equivalent for application delivery, load balancing and gateway access.
• Maintain Citrix infrastructure: monitor performance, apply patches, upgrades, capacity planning and tuning.
• Work with Active Directory, group policy, user profile management (e.g., UPM), and image management.
• Troubleshoot client-side and server-side issues (session performance, login times, printing, digital workspace).
• Collaborate with network & security teams to ensure optimal traffic routing, secure access, VPN/SD-WAN integration.
• Develop and maintain documentation for Citrix architecture, standard operating procedures and change management.
• Provide 3rd-level support for end-users and second/third-tier teams for Citrix-related incidents and service requests.
• Participate in disaster-recovery planning and execution for Citrix environments, ensure backups and high-availability configurations are in place.
• Stay updated on Citrix best practices, licensing models and roadmap; provide recommendations for improvements and cost optimizations.
