Job Title: LMS Administrator
Location: Chennai
 
 
Candidate Specifications
Candidate should have overall 10 + years and relevant 2+ years of experience in LMS administration or related system administration role.
Proficiency in LMS platforms (e.g., Paylocity, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Moodle, etc.).
Experience in healthcare, revenue cycle, or highly regulated industry.
Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and eLearning standards.
Experience with data visualization or business intelligence tools.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
 
 
 
Job Description:
Serve as the primary administrator of the LMS, ensuring system stability, security, and uptime.
Manage system configuration, user roles, permissions, and workflows.
Coordinate with the LMS vendor for system updates, releases, and troubleshooting.
Upload, test, and configure eLearning courses, curricula, and other training materials.
Assign courses and learning paths based on organizational, compliance, or leadership requirements.
Ensure content is current, accurate, and aligned with EMS|MC’s learning strategy.
Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and vendors to support course delivery.
Develop and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports on course completion, compliance, and learner engagement.
Provide insights to the L&D team and business leaders to measure training effectiveness and inform decision-making.
Maintain accurate training records to ensure compliance with federal, state, and industry requirements.
Manage and resolve LMS-related support tickets in a timely manner, escalating complex issues as needed.
Provide user support and training for employees, managers, and administrators.
Create job aids, FAQs, and training resources to improve user adoption and self-service
Establish and maintain LMS standards, policies, and procedures.
Identify opportunities for system optimization and process improvement.
Ensure consistent application of naming conventions, tagging, and metadata for easy search and reporting.
Monitor and evaluate emerging LMS trends, tools, and features to recommend enhancements.
Act as a champion for the learner experience by collecting and responding to feedback to continuously improve the LMS environment.
Support compliance training initiatives (e.g., harassment, security, healthcare, or other required trainings).
Ensure accurate tracking and reporting for audits or regulatory purposes.
