Job description
AM/Manager - Corporate HRBP
We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR Business Partner to join our Corporate HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to the business, driving talent acquisition and development, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business partnerships with key stakeholders to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
- Lead talent acquisition and recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, driving business performance and growth.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Manage change management initiatives to drive organizational development and improve business outcomes.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive strategic HR initiatives.
- Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to ensure the right talent is in place to drive business growth.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure fairness and equity across the organization.
Requirements
- 4-10 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR policy development.
- Strong understanding of HR analytics and reporting, with the ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and drive business outcomes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Knowledge of HR policies and regulations in India, with the ability to ensure compliance and best practices.
