Job Title: HR Data Analyst
Location: Chennai
Job Description:
Any Graduation with 6+ years of experience into HR data analyst.
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for HR data and analytics aligned with the company’s vision and objectives
Conduct in-depth analyses of workforce trends, employee performance, engagement levels, and other key HR metrics.
Identify root causes of HR challenges, such as attrition or low engagement, and recommend data-driven solutions.
