Job description
Oversee the full recruiting lifecycle as a non-IT recruiter.
Ensure the end-to-end lifecycle of BPO recruitment, which includes sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews.
Execute strategic global hiring programs as a non-IT talent recruiter.
Manage the talent hub through job boards and procure the right talent for the company by screening resumes and managing the database.
Must have bulk/volume hiring experience.
Should have experience in Hiring for Insurance, BFSI, Healthcare, Pharma domain.
