Job description
10–15 years’ experience in change management, communications, and
learning roles - spanning both strategy development and hands-on delivery.
Strong understanding of
change management frameworks (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter) and stakeholder
engagement methodologies.
Demonstrated experience in designing and executing internal
communications, training, and adoption strategies aligned to large-scale
business or system change.
Experience supporting technology implementation and process
transformation initiatives, including go-live readiness and post-deployment
sustainment.
Proficiency in collaboration and content management tools, including
Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Miro, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Strong working knowledge of L&D tools and methodologies,

develop, and deliver engaging training content and materials.
