Job description
Partner with IT leadership to
understand business goals and co-create HR strategies that enable business
success.
Serve as a trusted advisor on
organizational design, talent strategy, and workforce effectiveness.
Provide insights using HR
analytics to influence business decisions and workforce planning.
Drive identification,
development, and retention of top talent within the IT function.
Facilitate succession planning
and career progression frameworks for critical IT roles.
Partner with Talent Acquisition
to ensure the right hiring strategies for niche technology skills.
Support implementation of the
performance management cycle, ensuring alignment to business outcomes.
Coach managers on goal setting,
feedback, and performance improvement processes.
Collaborate with L&D to
design upskilling and leadership development programs for IT employees.
Champion engagement initiatives
and diversity & inclusion programs within IT.
Build a positive and agile
workplace culture aligned with organizational values.
Conduct employee listening
exercises and act on engagement survey outcomes.
Lead change management
initiatives and digital transformation-related HR interventions.
Drive organizational
restructuring, job evaluation, and workforce optimization projects as needed.
Monitor HR metrics (attrition,
internal mobility, engagement scores) to assess organizational health.
Ensure adherence to HR policies,
statutory compliance, and governance within IT.
Partner with HR COEs
(Compensation, Learning, TA, etc.) for seamless HR service delivery.
Manage key people processes
(confirmation, promotions, transfers, exits) efficiently.
