Manager - Process Excellence

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager - Process Excellence to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Process Excellence, CSAT, Customer Service Excellence, and Six Sigma, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement process excellence strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
  • Design and implement metrics to measure process performance and track progress.
  • Provide training and coaching to employees on process excellence principles and methodologies.
  • Analyze customer feedback and CSAT scores to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Lead and manage a team of process excellence professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in process excellence and Six Sigma.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience in a process excellence or similar role.
  • Strong background in Process Excellence, CSAT, Customer Service Excellence, and Six Sigma.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop insights to drive business decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Operations Management, or Engineering.
