Roles
and Responsibilities
To Craft evaluate and execute a wide variety of contracts
covering different transactions.
To Monitor and manage project budgets ensuring cost
efficiency and adherence to financial plans.
To Maintain
relationships with suppliers clients and project teams serving as the primary
point of contact for contract related matters.
Must
Have Skills
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering / Contract Management
or a related field.
Strong understanding of construction codes rules and
regulations.
Proficiency in MS Project / Auto Cad and contract management
software.
