Job description

12–15 years in HR Technology / HR Transformation with experience in large-scale HRIS implementations.
Lead global implementation and rollout of HRIS systems (modules including Onboarding, Offboarding, Recruitment, LMS, and Employee Self-Service).
Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies for all HR technology projects.
Drive automation of HR transactions and reporting through self-service tools and dashboards.
Lead HR system upgrades, enhancements, and post-launch stabilization across multiple geographies.
