Job description
Role : Sr. Manager / Delivery Leader, Business Operations
This is a key leadership role responsible for managing Governance and driving innovative strategies to enhance
organizational efficiency and long-term growth. The ideal candidate will collaborate with C-suite executives and
senior leadership to implement data-driven strategies that optimize performance, streamline operations, and
deliver value to the organization and its customers.
In addition to governance oversight, the role involves identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance
productivity, and implement best practices to elevate operational standards

Partner with senior leadership globally to drive key decisions.
• Support financial analysis, MIS consolidation, and data validation.
• Align cross-functional teams to create performance summaries and insights.
• Lead internal governance, prioritizing high-impact actions.
• Own account/vertical priorities and execution.
• Validate critical MIS and reports for accuracy.
• Oversee internal/external business performance meetings.
• Collaborate on HC, cost, and resource planning.
• Analyze trends, ensuring data integrity and identifying improvements.
• Strengthen reporting structures and controls.
• Engage with DPEs/clients for communication and reporting.
• Deliver high-level performance summaries for leadership visibility.
• Project managing all high impact initiatives for the vertical
PROFILE & EXPERIENCE
• 12+ years of Business Operations experience in BPOs.
• Expertise in analytical and financial analysis, with clear and coherent communication.
• Strong client-facing skills with exceptional negotiation, presentation, and leadership abilities.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems using industry best practices.
• Skilled in building strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent project and time management—adept at handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Experience in global, matrixed environments with multicultural teams.
• Thrives in high-pressure, fast-paced settings with minimal supervision.
• Proactive and self-motivated—identifies opportunities and delivers solutions.
• Strong team player and leadership skills, fostering collaboration and growth.
• Confident in presenting and defending viewpoints with high attention to detail.
• Experienced in analytics project/work stream management.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
