Job description
Develop and implement category strategies across indirect
spend areas aligned with business goals.
Drive sourcing initiatives, RFPs/RFQs, contract
negotiations, and supplier selection.
Identify and deliver cost savings, process efficiencies, and
risk mitigation opportunities.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (IT, HR, Finance,
Admin, Legal) to understand needs and ensure procurement adds strategic value.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and
service providers.
Negotiate and manage enterprise-level contracts, including
SLAs, renewals, and compliance tracking.
Ensure supplier performance is monitored and improved
through KPIs and periodic reviews.
Manage supplier risk, performance, and diversity
initiatives.
Ensure all procurement activities adhere to corporate
governance, ethics, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain transparent records for audit readiness and
reporting.
Collaborate with Legal and Finance to manage contractual,
financial, and compliance risks.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives in procurement
operations.
Drive adoption of e-procurement tools, spend analytics, and
automation technologies.
Leverage data insights to enhance decision-making and
procurement efficiency.
Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals across
categories.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on spend
optimization and supplier strategy.
Champion sustainability, ESG, and responsible sourcing
initiatives.
