• Design and develop high-quality E-Learning content using various tools and technologies.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and interactive courseware.
• Integrate multimedia elements such as audio and video to enhance the learning experience.
• Ensure seamless integration with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM compliant platforms.
• Develop and implement video overlays and other visual effects to enhance the learning experience.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery of E-Learning content.
• Conduct quality assurance and testing to ensure the highest standards of E-Learning content.

• 7-15 years of experience in E-Learning, ILT /vILT, Courseware development, and Media Integration.
• Strong understanding of SCORM compliant platforms and LMS integration.
• Proficiency in E-Learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, etc.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
