Senior Analyst/TL/AM - FNA (R2R,P2P,O2C)

Location

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams to achieve process improvements and efficiency gains in Record to Report or Procure to Pay or Order to Cash processes.
• Develop and implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Analyze and resolve complex financial and accounting issues, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including internal and external stakeholders, and ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive process improvements.

Requirements

• Graduation in Commerce, BMS Finance, or any accounting background.
• 5-15 years of experience in finance and accounting, with expertise in Record to Report or Procure to Pay or Order to Cash processes.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills, with the ability to manage teams and drive process improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial and accounting issues.
