Roles and Responsibilities
Source
candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.
Manage
end-to-end IT recruitment – sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation,
and onboarding.
Coordinate
interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
Provide
regular hiring updates and insights to leadership.
Maintain
candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
Must have skill:
Should have experience volume and bulk hiring in IT recruitment
