Job description
Roles &
Responsibilities
Implement,
configure, and manage enterprise-scale DNS, DHCP, and IPAM (DDI)
platforms—primarily Infoblox and F5 DNS (GTM/Zone Runner).
Perform daily
administration, optimization, and maintenance of DDI infrastructure.
Install,
stage, upgrade, and patch DNS/DHCP/IPAM systems.
Troubleshoot
DNS, DHCP, IP allocation, zone resolution issues, and related network events.
Provide root
cause analysis (RCA) for outages or service degradations.
Maintain
accurate operational documentation, runbooks, and SOPs.
Apply DDI
security best practices including DNS security hardening, access controls, and
integrity checks.
Must-Have
Skills
5+ years of
hands-on experience in managing DDI platforms.
DNS (zones,
records, forwarders, DNSSEC, F5 DNS/Zone Runner)
DHCP (scopes,
leases, failover, reservations)
IPAM
(subnetting, IP allocation, IP lifecycle management)
Infoblox NIOS
administration
Routing &
switching (VLANs, STP, VRF, static/dynamic routing)
LAN/WAN/Wireless concepts
