Proven experience and ability to design and deliver learning content from start to finish, including technical training.
Solid understanding of Performance Management, Goal Setting, and Talent Development frameworks.
Technical experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning module is a great asset.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
