Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
Act as the primary onsite escalation point
for incidents raised to the remote support team/MSP.
Perform hands-on technical tasks that cannot
be handled remotely—device swaps, cabling checks, peripheral troubleshooting,
connectivity checks.
Troubleshoot desktop/laptop issues following
SOPs/runbooks and escalate as needed.
Support meeting room equipment, audio-visual
systems, printers, scanners, and office technology.
Assist with network-related physical tasks
under guidance (checking ports, patching cables, Wi-Fi access points, UPS
units, etc.).
Must Have Skills
Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting
(laptops, desktops, peripherals).
Understanding of basic networking (IP, DNS,
DHCP, LAN/Wi-Fi checks).
Experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook,
Teams, SharePoint basics).
Ability to perform physical tasks: cabling,
device setup, rack equipment assistance.
Good understanding of ticketing systems and
ITIL basics.
Experience with asset management and device
deployment.
Familiarity with printers, conferencing
systems, and UPS equipment.
