Assistant Manager - Human Resources (HR)

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Manager - Human Resources (HR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRBP, business partnering, employee engagement, employee benefits, retention, performance management, talent acquisition, learning and development, and HR generalist.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives and drive employee engagement.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify and address HR-related issues and provide solutions to improve employee retention and performance.
  • Design and implement employee benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee growth and development.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract and hire top talent and develop strategies to improve time-to-hire and quality of hire.
  • Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Provide HR generalist support to employees, managers, and leaders, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to inform business decisions and drive HR strategy.

Requirements

  • MBA from a top-tier university.
  • 6-10 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in HRBP, business partnering, employee engagement,       employee benefits, retention, performance management, talent acquisition, learning and development, and HR       generalist.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational goals and objectives.
