years of experience in ED Profee & Facility
Review ED provider
documentation for accurate assignment of:
- Professional
E/M levels
- Procedural
CPT®/HCPCS codes
- ICD-10-CM
diagnoses
Assign ED facility E/M levels
based on hospital guidelines and resource utilization.
Ensure coding meets federal,
state, and payer-specific rules.
Query providers as needed for
documentation clarification.
Meet productivity and
accuracy standards.
Collaborate with compliance
and revenue cycle teams to reduce denials.
