Associate Manager - HR

We are seeking an experienced Associate Manager - HR to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Hospitality Management and Human Resource, with a focus on Employee Life Cycle, Performance Management, and Statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives and improve employee engagement.
  • Manage the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and separation.
  • Design and implement performance management systems to drive employee performance and development.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory laws and regulations, including labor laws, tax laws, and employment laws.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide HR support to employees, including resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and providing guidance on HR-related matters.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of experience in HR, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Master's degree in human resource management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
