Job description
Roles and responsibilities
Minimum 2–3 years experience in IT support, desktop support
or smart hands environment.
Good understanding of hardware, peripherals,
networking basics and Microsoft 365 environment.
Strong hands on capability with devices, cabling and
physical equipment.
Good problem solving
skills and ability to follow instructions and runbooks accurately. Strong
communication and coordination skills.
Experience with asset
handling or device deployment is an advantage.
Knowledge of cloud
services, SharePoint, Teams Phones is a plus.
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ are desirable
