Job description
Roles and Responsiblity:
Lead end-to-end product development for life and annuity
products, including design, pricing, positioning, and launch strategies.
Manage P&L of the life and annuity portfolio, ensuring
profitability and sustainable growth.
Partner with actuarial teams on pricing, reserving, and risk
assessment.
Ensure product filings, documentation, and operational
processes comply with state, federal, and industry regulations.
Work closely with Legal, Risk, Audit, and Compliance teams
to monitor regulatory changes and implement controls.
Oversee underwriting, policy administration, claims, and
customer service processes for life and annuity products.
