Job description
Compliance, HR Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance, HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Labour compliance, Internal Audit, and Grievance handling, with a deep understanding of Labour laws. This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, as well as providing strategic HR support to the organization.

Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Labour laws and regulations
- Conduct internal audits to identify areas of non-compliance and implement corrective actions
- Handle grievances and disputes in a fair and timely manner
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business objectives
- Provide strategic HR support to the organization, including talent management and development
- Collaborate with management to identify and mitigate risks related to Labour compliance
- Stay up-to-date with changes in Labour laws and regulations, and provide guidance to the organization on compliance requirements
Requirements
- MBA degree from a recognized institution
- 2-6 years of experience in Labour compliance, Internal Audit, and Grievance handling
- Strong knowledge of Labour laws and regulations in India
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
