Senior Analyst / Manager - Oracle ERP PPM Functional Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Oracle ERP PPM projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and test Oracle ERP PPM solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
• Conduct thorough testing and transition activities to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Design effective configuration strategies to meet client requirements.
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP PPM products and services.

Requirements

• 6-12 years of experience in Oracle ERP PPM functional consulting.
• Proven track record of leading functional teams and managing large-scale projects.
• Strong technical skills in Oracle ERP PPM, including configuration, testing, and transition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
